Wellcome

I was the senior content designer on the Funding Experience team at Wellcome. I:

• worked closely with designers, developers and subject experts to design a new grant funding website that was easy to understand and use
• paired with subject experts to write clear guidance on complex processes, for example how to do expert reviews
• worked with designers and subject experts to design the user journeys for positive action and the Wellcome Accelerator Awards, two of the initiatives Wellcome launched as part of its work to become a more inclusive funder
• paired with a subject expert to write a Wellcome Funding glossary, which aimed to give Wellcome staff a shared understanding of the language they were using internally
